Moving Beyond the Search Box: Empowering Employees Through e-Learning (KMWorld)

Recently, we held a webinar entitled "Moving Beyond the Search Box: Empowering
Employees Through e-Learning." Gary Szukalski of Autonomy joined in a conversation
with Andy Moore of KMWorld and Richard West, Head of Organizational and e-Learning
of BAE Systems. They discussed how BAE Systems was able to save over $113 million by
aligning and integrating their workforce with next generation employee learning
through the implementation of Autonomy technology. Richard then explained how the
BAE Systems Virtual University (VU) takes advantage of differentiating Autonomy's
IDOL technology to deliver measurable, credible, and defendable business value
measured in the $10's MMs.
